Problems logging in, and how to fix them

By the Just Naughty Singles editorial teamUpdated · 2 min read

In short

Log in to Just Naughty Singles at members.justnaughtysingles.com/login. Forgotten your password? Use the reset option on that page and check your spam folder for the email. Note the billing name shown at checkout so you recognise the charge. Cancel renewal in Settings > Billing, and delete your account via your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account.

The right login page

The members area is at members.justnaughtysingles.com/login. Bookmark it rather than searching each time. Search results for "naughty" login pages mix together unrelated sites with similar names, and it's easy to end up on the wrong one. If your account is on a different site, we can't see it or reset it, and you'll need that site's own help pages.

Resetting your password

  1. Open the login page.
  2. Choose the option to reset your password.
  3. Enter the email address you signed up with.
  4. Open the reset email and follow the link. If it isn't in your inbox within a few minutes, check spam or junk.

Signed up with an address you no longer use? Contact the members help centre instead of opening a second account, which only creates a second membership to remember to cancel.

Asked to prove who you are?

Some accounts are asked to pass an ID check: it's required if you signed up through a VPN or your account has been flagged. The check is run by LEM Verify and needs a photo ID and a selfie. If you use a VPN, turning it off before you sign up avoids the most common trigger.

That check happens inside the members area. If anyone asks you to verify your identity by email, by text or on a different website, it isn't us; our guide to billing traps explains that scam.

A charge you don't recognise

Payments may not appear on statements as Just Naughty Singles: the checkout shows the billing name used. If you can't match a charge, ask the members help centre with its date and amount. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled, so a charge can appear long after you last logged in. The prices page explains renewal and the refund rule.

Cancelling and deleting

  • Stop payments: log in, go to Settings > Billing and cancel.
  • Remove your profile: click your avatar, then Settings > Delete Account.

Cancel first, then delete. If you can't get into your account to do either, the about page explains what to send to the help centre, and our guide to cancelling and refunds covers what to do if a charge carries on.

Questions people ask

The reset email never arrived. What now?

Check spam and junk, make sure you're using the address you signed up with, and give it a few minutes. If it still hasn't arrived, contact the members help centre.

Can I cancel if I can't get in?

Yes. Contact the members help centre with your account email address and the date and amount of the last charge, and ask them to cancel.
