In short
Just Naughty Singles is a casual dating site for adults 18+ in the UK, US, Australia, Canada and New Zealand, run by Ambervine Inc, a Delaware company in Newark, Delaware. It also explains how to check any hookup site before paying, using one published method that applies to its own site too, with no affiliate links. Profiles are shared with partner sites.

The justnaughtysingles.com address dates from 2010. Its old pages were the thin, keyword-stuffed kind that clutter every hookup search, so we've replaced them. This version is the opposite: a working casual dating site for adults, plus a published checking method and plain-English guides for anyone trying to work out which casual sites are real before they pay.
Who runs it
Just Naughty Singles is run by Ambervine Inc, a Delaware company, 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. Membership is governed by the member terms, under Delaware law. The checkout shows the billing name that will appear on your card statement, which may not say Just Naughty Singles.
You don't have to take our word for the company. Delaware companies can be looked up through the Delaware Division of Corporations, the same kind of register we use when we check other sites. Every checkable fact about us is on one page: key facts.
Two parts: this website and the members area
This website (the pages you're reading) is information: how the site works, what it costs, how we check sites, and our guides. It has no accounts and sets no cookies; our privacy policy explains the little it does log.
The members area at members.justnaughtysingles.com is where you join, build a profile, browse and message. Joining, a profile and browsing are free; reading and replying to messages needs a paid membership. How it works covers the detail, prices included.
The partner network
Profiles on Just Naughty Singles are shared with partner sites in the same network. Members who joined through those sites can see your profile and message you, and you can message them. We say this plainly because it's exactly the sort of thing we'd want to know about any other site.
Why a dating site checks other dating sites
Because plenty of "is it legit?" reviews of hookup sites earn money when you sign up to the site they're reviewing. We think people deserve a check written by someone who reads the small print and has no reason to send them anywhere.
We're not neutral, though. We run a competing site, so we've built the method to make that conflict visible rather than pretend it away. How we check sites sets out every step. As of 18 October 2026 no check is published yet, ours included; each waits for testing, a second editor and a legal review. The site checks page shows where they stand.
How the site makes money
Mostly from paid memberships and optional extras, such as profile boosts, in the members area, where free members also see adverts. These information pages carry no advertising and no affiliate links. It does mean we have an interest in you joining here rather than somewhere else, which is exactly why the checking method has to be public and has to apply to us.
Editorial rules
- One method for every site, ours included. Same five steps, same standard of evidence.
- No affiliate links, and no links to sites we check. We don't earn money from sending you to them.
- Connections declared. If a site we check has any link to us, through ownership or the partner network, it's stated at the top of the check.
- Every external fact has a source, normally a government body, regulator, official helpline or the company's own documents, listed on the page.
- A person tests every site before we publish a check, a second editor checks each finding against its source, and checks are reviewed by a lawyer before they go up.
- Nothing invented. No made-up statistics, testimonials, member numbers or success stories. Any example chat or profile is labelled as an example.
- Dated pages. Every page shows when it was last updated. Laws, prices and helpline numbers change, so check with the organisation before relying on a detail.
What we won't claim about ourselves
You won't see member counts, claims that profiles are all vetted, "singles near you waiting" or promises of results here. Photos are reviewed; what members write about themselves isn't checked; ID verification is optional unless you're asked for it. If we couldn't stand behind a claim on another site, we don't make it about ours.
Contact us
There's one place for everything: the members help centre.
- Account or billing questions: include the email address on your account and, for a charge, the date and amount. Log-in help covers the common problems first.
- Reporting a member: report the profile from inside the members area through the help centre, with their username, what happened and screenshots. Take the screenshots first, in case the profile disappears.
- A mistake on this website: tell us the page address and what's wrong, with a source if you have one. We correct errors and update the page date.
- A scam or a crime: report it to the right body for your country as well as to us. Where to report a dating scam lists them.
Questions people ask
How do I contact Just Naughty Singles?
Through the members help centre, which handles account, billing and profile questions, reports about members, and reports of errors on this website. Include the email address on your account and, for a charge, the date and amount. This website doesn't publish a separate email address or phone line, so be wary of anyone claiming to be our support anywhere else.
Who writes the guides and checks?
Editors working to the rules on this page. We don't name individual authors yet, so every external fact links to a source you can check instead: a government body, regulator, official helpline or the company's own documents. If you find a fact that doesn't match its source, tell us through the help centre and we'll correct it.
Who owns Just Naughty Singles?
Ambervine Inc, a Delaware company at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. Membership is governed by the member terms under Delaware law. Card statements show the billing name you see at checkout, which may not say Just Naughty Singles, so note it before you pay.
Do you earn money from the sites you check?
No. Our guides and checks contain no affiliate links and no links to the sites checked, so we earn nothing if you sign up to them. The site earns money from its own paid memberships, which is a conflict of interest in itself, and it's the reason our own site goes through the same checks as everyone else's.
